We ship for FREE on orders over £50 for mainland UK. UK areas outside of mainland UK (I.e. Islands, highlands and overseas territories) may incur additional shipping fees.
Processing time
Your order will normally take about 2-5 workdays to arrive. We ship all our orders with DHL and you will be notified of tracking information. Through the DHL portal, you can control the delivery of your order.
Breakages
We take the uttermost care when shipping our items to you. However, we do ship fragile items and breakages may occur. In that case, please send us a photo and hopefully we can replace the item. This may not be possible if an item is no longer available. In that case, we may offer you an alternative or offer a refund.
Refund
If you are not happy with your item. Do let us know immediately. We offer a 30-day return policy. Please retain the original packaging. We will send you instructions on how to return your item to our warehouse. Breakages during transport are at the cost of the sender.
