For styling the candles, we would suggest a similar approach as for our collection of mouth-blown glassware. We love to create a colourful arrangement of , this holds true also for our candles! Candle care tip

Candles should not be blown out; it is best to dip the wick into the liquid wax and then bend it back upright. When first lighting candles, they should always burn
long enough to liquefy the candle plate, as this improves the burning of the complete candle body. The bigger and wider the candle, the more important this is.

Shipping and Returns

FREE Shipping

We ship for FREE on orders over £50 within mainland UK. UK areas outside of mainland UK (I.e. Islands, highlands and overseas territories) may incur additional shipping fees.

Processing time

Your order will normally take about 3-5 workdays to arrive. We ship all our orders with DHL and you will be notified of tracking information. Through the DHL portal, you can control the delivery of your order.

Breakages

We take the uttermost care when shipping our items to you. DutZ glass is made from extra thick luxury glass and very sturdy. However, we do ship fragile glass and breakages may occur. In that case, please send us a photo and hopefully we can replace the item. Please know that these are end of the line items and no longer in production. Therefore, we may offer you an alternative or offer a refund.

Refund

If you are not happy with your item. Do let us know immediately. We offer a 30-day return policy. Please retain the original packaging. We will send you instructions on how to return your item to our warehouse. Breakages during transport are at the cost of the sender.

Please do not send items back without notification.
