First, get your flowers sorted. We know all mums love a bouquet.
Do not be shy with your flowers. All mum’s love a big bouquet of spring flowers, preferably from your local florist. And we certainly support local florists. However, we do understand if you pop in to your local supermarket and grab a bunch from there. (recommendation: do take the barcode and price tag off!). If you are a little daring why not take the plastic foil off too, join a few bunches from the supermarket together and wrap this bouquet in some brown paper with a bowtie. Mum, will be suspicious, but at least you have saved yourself a few quid.

Candles! Buy a nice smelly one from a reputable shop. All mums love them. And here is the trick: do not buy one already in a glass votive – These often don’t look elegant. Just buy a simple, nice aromatic candle and buy one of our candleholders to really make it special.
Put the candle inside the glass and wrap them together, and mum will be so happy with your thoughtfulness.
